Stephen A. Smith Goes to War With Laura Loomer Over ‘Ghetto’ Remarks: ‘I’m Calling It Out!’

Stephen A. Smith is ready for battle with Laura Loomer, rebuking the MAGA influencer for recent comments about U.S. Senate candidate Angie Nixon (D-FL), whom she called a “Black b*tch.”

Smith, roiled over Loomer’s remark about “Black b*tches like Angie Nixon,” took to social media on Wednesday night to slam the podcaster.

“Laura Loomer’s comments about Black women in politics were highly offensive. Period,” Smith wrote in a social media post on Wednesday night. “I’m calling it out!”

In a clip attached to the post, Smith added:

OK, so you want people to call things out the way it is, Laura Loomer. What if somebody called you a b*tch? How would you feel? I’m not doing that. I would never speak about you that way. I would never speak about any woman that way. I’m certainly not going to speak about my Black sisters that way. I can tell you that much. And you’re n0t listening to somebody right now who always agrees with them. I don’t agree with Democrats all the time. I don’t agree with everything that they do. I don’t agree with everything that they say. But how dare you speak about them that way. Would you say that to their face?I mean, since you are so familiar with what ghetto behavior is. And you’re acclimating them or associating them with ghetto behavior. Have you ever been in the face of a sister that you would describe as ghetto? Do you have any idea what a ghetto B woman would do to you if you said that to their face? Why would you do something like that? Why is that necessary? Because I’m here to tell you that it’s not.

Growing increasingly angry, he went on: “I mean, can we get to a point where we can get some class? I’m not even asking to emulate Michelle Obama, ‘When they go low, we go high’. How about being decent? How about talking about the issues? What’s your real problem? Is your real problem that somebody like Angela Nixon wants Medicaid for all? Is it a problem for you that she’s about working families and working wages? Is it a problem for you that she wants grocery prices lowered? Everybody might not be able to afford what you might be able to afford, Laura Loomer!”

It wasn’t long before Loomer responded to Smith, saying, “Can you please translate this for me? You say I’m wrong for calling @AngieNixon what she is: a ghetto, black, communist b*tch. Is this not a ghetto statement: ‘I’m not gonna be too many more of your apes, dirty b*tches…You’re illustrating why I voted no on that divisive bill.”

Loomer then took a mocking tone, adding: “And yes. I would say it to her face. What is she going to do? Is she gon pop a cap in my cracker *ss and yank my weave to put whitey in her place? Or is that too ghetto? You feelz me?”

The Smith dispute was just one social media battle that Loomer chose to wage on Wednesday night. She also blasted Piers Morgan, the recently deported Milo Yiannopoulos, and Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ).
