Trump Rally-Goer on MAGA Network Slams President’s ‘Lies and Garbage’

The MAGA-aligned Real America’s Voice aired an interview with a rallygoer who criticized President Donald Trump for his “lies and garbage” while waiting in line for one of the president’s campaign events.

The network’s Bobby McNeily introduced the exchange from inside the rally arena in Youngstown, Ohio, Monday evening, teeing up his colleagues back in the studio to play footage of his earlier conversation with the attendee, whom he praised for showing up to “listen and dialogue.”

“I’m with Brian, who’s in line, but I’m hearing from friends is not a fan of President Trump,” McNeily noted.

“Oh, I’m absolutely not,” Brian responded.

“What are you hoping to hear tonight?” McNeily asked.

“Oh,” he laughed. “What I hope to hear is not what I plan to hear. What I plan to hear is a bunch of rhetoric, a bunch of lies, a bunch of the same old script — that sort of stuff.”

“I’m here to get kind of like a first-hand perspective of the kind of lies and garbage and stuff that he’s gonna probably be peddling for the next two years — as if the first two haven’t been bad enough,” the attendee continued.

McNeily then asked about the man’s political affiliations.

“I was independent because I consider myself moderate,” Brian explained. “I was independent until [Vice President] JD Vance entered our ballot, and then I actually registered to be a Republican — my strategy being if I can keep him off of the general election ballot by voting against him in a primary, then I get two chances to eliminate all these MAGA idiots.”

“Were you encouraged by the selection of JD Vance or not so much?” McNeily wondered.

“Oh, I can’t stand him,” Brian confirmed. “Basically, anybody that endorses or is endorsed by Donald is not a fan of mine. I kind of figure, like— ”

Real America’s Voice ended the interview footage there and cut back to the studio, where hosts further discussed the exchange.
