‘What In The World?’ Trump’s Hair Glow-Up Sparks Social Media Bafflement — and Mockery

President Donald Trump’s signature golden coif has apparently gone to the dark side, shocking journalists and social media pundits alike.

The president emerged from Air Force One on Friday for his weekend golf outing at Bedminster, NJ, sporting the noticeably darker ‘do that flirted with hues of auburn in the afternoon sunlight.

“On Saturday, he went out golfing with Fox News anchor Bret Baier and several others, but donned a red ‘Trump was right about everything’ hat that obscured his new look, making it impossible to tell if Friday’s shocker was merely a one-off,” reported the New York Post, adding, “It’s unclear how long the new look will last.”

Trump has long been hair-obsessed, having undergone scalp reduction surgery in the late 1980s. Just days ago, he commented on his hair during an appearance for Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH).

“I went up to the speaker, and it was blowing so hard,” Trump said afterwards. “You know, for years, I had to suffer with people saying, ‘He wears a wig.’ I don’t wear a wig. But that night, they found out I did not wear a wig because if you did, it was not gonna be on your head very long.”

Journalist Aaron Rupar played the part of everyman when he declared, “What is [sic] the world is going on with Trump’s hair?”

Journalist Yashar Ali registered his shock thusly: “The hair???? If I hadn’t pulled the photos from Getty Images myself, I wouldn’t have believed it.”

Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) posted in all caps, “YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME,” before adding a second post imagining Trump as a goth teenager.

“I love it. So youthful. Very Pierce Brosnan,” wrote author Anne Lamott.

Attorney George Conway quipped, “Something needs to be done about his hair under the Twenty-Fifth Amendment.”

MAGA critic BrooklynDad Defiant remarked that Trump’s own hair had Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Other online comments were downright brutal.

Left-wing commenter Sarah Larchmont wrote, “Trump wears a wig, a girdle, a waist belt, a diaper,” along with a doctored photo of popular box hair dye, Just For Men.

“Trump’s new wig looks like what was left over from RFK Jr’s dinner,” snarked political commentator, Covie.
