President Donald Trump declared that Iran “IS DEAD” hours after US forces struck the regime for the first time in weeks, adding that any reports to the contrary are a “good line of BULLSH*T.’
The president took to his Truth Social account, hours after U.S. forces struck Iran’s Larak Island in the Strait of Hormuz after a month-long halt in fighting.
“Iran is officially a Failed Nation,” he wrote. “IT IS DEAD! They have no Navy, they have no Air Force, they have no currency, they are not paying their soldiers or police, Inflation is at 300%, and their leadership is in total disarray and incapable of properly representing the country.”
He added: “The only thing they have is FAKE NEWS from the USA, a willingness to kill their protesters (now over 100,000 people dead. They must be tried for war crimes against humanity!), and a good line of “BULLSH*T.” Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
The U.S. took “limited, precise” action against Iran’s Revolutionary Guard mine-laying forces on Sunday, warning that they posed an “imminent threat” to the strategic oil pipeline, according to U.S. Central Command.
Iran fired back by launching ballistic missiles toward two U.S. bases in Jordan, with eight missiles successfully intercepted, Jordan’s military said.
Not long after the new attack on the regime, Trump posted a menacing, AI-generated video of an all-out assault on Iran’s Kharg Island.
“Kharg Island being blown to smithereens!!!” Trump said alongside the post.
Also on Monday, Trump told Fox News’s chief foreign correspondent Trey Yingst that “we’re going to hit them hard” in response to Iran’s retaliatory attack.
