Jaclyn Alatrash, the woman Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) has been dating for two years, was indicted Thursday on three criminal counts related to fraud, Mother Jones reported.

A grand jury indicted Alatrash on grand theft, telecommunications fraud, and misuse of a credit card. Her ex-husband Matthew Krampert has accused her of having “used his personal credit card to purchase more than $9,000 worth of items on Instacart after they legally separated.” Krampert also told Mother Jones Alatrash was not an authorized user on his credit card when they were married.

Records reviewed by Mother Jones also showed that “many of the deliveries went to Miller’s Northeast Ohio residence.” The list of orders includes “$50.99 from Spirit Halloween, $107.31 from Ulta Beauty, $152.08 from the Vitamin Shoppe, and $207.81 from Costco.”

Alatrash allegedly used Krampert’s credit card between September 2025 and January 2026. Krampert also said the pair’s marriage ended in February 2025.

Miller previously testified he and Alatrash began dating in December 2024. She is scheduled to be arraigned on October 23.

In 2025 The Rooster described Alatrash as “a Cleveland-area nurse and body builder.” She also “faces accusations that she lied about her father losing [his] job with the Cleveland Rapid Transit Association due to a Parkinson’s diagnosis, when in fact he was fired for embezzling contract money,” the outlet reported at the time.

Miller’s bid for reelection has been tested by allegations of domestic abuse leveled against him by ex-wife Emily Moreno, who also accused him of abusing the pair’s young daughter. Miller has denied the allegations.

Moreno accused Miller of pointing a gun at her head, of throwing scalding water on her, pushing her into a wall, and fracturing their daughter’s collarbone.

In September Moms for America — a conservative advocacy organization — gave him an “A” rating.

“Thank you @momsforamerica for this recognition,” Miller wrote in response on X. “Supporting mothers, and the family unit as a whole, is supporting American values. That’s why I joined @RepLuna in her efforts to allow proxy voting for new mothers in Congress.”
