Election Denier Tina Peters’ Plan for Midterms Includes Seizing Ballots Nationwide

Election denier Tina Peters — who reportedly visited President Donald Trump in the Oval Office this week — has a plan for the midterm elections that includes immediately seizing ballots, her lawyer said in a recent podcast appearance.
Attorney Peter Ticktin revealed what he said is Peters’ current plan, as well as what he called the “nightmare scenario” for the country, to MAGA podcaster Joe Oltmann on Joe Oltmann Untamed last week.
The two discussed the looming midterms, the urgent need for people to vote — and what could happen if Republicans lose control of Congress.
“Either the election is gonna give a fair result or not,” Ticktin said.
“Every person has to go out — they’ve gotta bring 10 people with them — we’ve got to make sure the silent majority isn’t so silent. This is too important to take any risks,” he added.
“Anything else is voting for red China,” he proclaimed.
“If we don’t vote we are handing evil all of the cards,” Oltmann said.
“It could just be that Tina Peters’ plan comes into play,” Ticktin responded, referencing the Nov. 3 elections.
The former Colorado election clerk was convicted of four felonies and three misdemeanors after she “compromised” state election equipment in a desperate bid to prove Trump won the 2020 election. She was later sentenced to nine years in prison, but released after Gov. Jared Polis commuted her sentence.
Peters has plenty of thoughts on how to handle the current midterms, her lawyer told Oltmann in a clip first reported by 9News reporter Kyle Clark.
“Her idea is grab, get control over the ballots as soon as the machines spit them through and then do a recount, because that would eliminate whatever effect the machines have.
And I think we’re going to be in a position where that could be done. So I don’t think we’re going to see get an emergency order that’s going to stop everything beforehand or which is going to cause hand counting rather than having the machines.
So what’s the difference if the machines count it or not as long as we’re counting by hand after and before certification, because that’s Tina’s idea. … It’s a good plan. And I do think that something like that is probably going to happen especially if we see the result that is going to cause havoc to come.
Ticktin also claimed that if Republicans lose control of Congress and Democrats seek to remove Trump and Vice President JD Vance, it would be “disastrous.”
“That’s what they want to do and then Hakeem Jeffries can be the president of the United States,” he said.
He denied reports claiming he has been pushing for “martial law to operate the elections.”
“I’m not,” he insisted to Oltmann, adding if midterms result in a Congress that seeks to remove Trump, Trump won’t stand for it.
“If that nightmare should come through Donald Trump is not going to relinquish control again. He did it the first time only for what? So that he could be prosecuted, his friends, Peter Navarro, people like that could be prosecuted, so that people who are MAGA and so on could be prosecuted. The weaponization was horrendous after he left office,” Ticktin said, claiming: “He did the change of power the way he was supposed to.”
“So he’s got nothing to lose, the nation has nothing to lose. It’s better if we’re going to have a civil war of any sort that it be martial law with our side in control of the armaments,” he later said.
Ticktin later told Mediaite he did not attend the “last meeting” between Peters and Trump, and declined to reveal his discussions with his client before saying her plan for hand counting ballots is posted on her web site.
He backed off the notion such a plan could be implemented in time for the midterms.
“I don’t see how it could be orchestrated. I’m not sure what’s going to happen in terms of that plan,” he said.
“All I know is we’ve got machines in play that are really not certifiable they’re not trustworthy they’ve got Chinese components to them…so this election is looking like it’s going to be held on illicit election equipment.”
Experts have said that while voting machines do contain foreign-made components, there’s been no evidence of any votes being changed due to foreign influence.
Earlier this week, a White House spokeswoman refused to confirm Peters had met with Trump, telling Mediaite: “We do not comment on private meetings that may or may not have happened.”
The spokeswoman Thursday had a vehement response when asked about Ticktin’s opinion that the president “is not going to relinquish control again,” should the midterms result in a scenario involving his impeachment.
Asked if Trump would uphold the Constitution should he be impeached after the midterms, the spokeswoman offered a statement: “No one loves America or reveres our Constitution more than President Donald J. Trump. Of course this Administration will uphold the Constitution. The fact that this even needs to be said is absurd.”
