Adam Carolla Loses It on ‘F*cking A**hole’ James Talarico Over Pandering

Adam Carolla went scorched earth on Texas Senate candidate James Talarico for being a “race hustler” who is trying to win over Black voters by claiming the justice system is rigged against them.

The veteran comic torched Talarico on Tuesday’s episode of his podcast, with Carolla bringing up the liberal’s August appearance on The Breakfast Club as a prime example of what he was talking about.

On the show, Talarico argued about the Karmelo Anthony murder trial — which grabbed national headlines this year after a Black teenager was convicted of murdering a white student at a high school track meet —  showed the justice system is flawed because there were no Black jurors. Carolla said that was a bunch of bull.

He ripped Talarico for going on the show to pander, saying, “He’s just at The Breakfast Club, so he’s there to chug some black c*ck.”

“Doesn’t he look so uncomfortable there?!” co-host Elisha Krauss added.

“Yes, he has to kowtow to Black people,” Carolla continued. “I could watch 1,000 hours of just dumb White people pretending to like Black people when they’re at the church or the morning show or wherever the f*ck they are. He’s a f*cking a**hole and a race hustler. And these guys see everything through race, that’s the whole thing.”

Carolla’s takedown comes after Talarico complained about the Anthony murder trial a few weeks earlier.

In June, a Texas jury found Anthony stabbed Austin Metcalf to death after entering the tent for Metcalf’s track team and attacking him. Witnesses testified that Anthony told Metcalf, “Touch me, see what happens.” Metcalf then bled to death in the arms of his twin brother.

Pundits like The View’s Sunny Hostin later argued Anthony’s jury was unfair because there were no Black members; Anthony is Black and Metcalf is White, which led some to view the trial through a racial lens.

Talarico shared a similar take on The Breakfast Club, saying it was obvious the justice system “doesn’t serve all Americans equally.”

“I’m not an expert on this particular case, but I know there were no Black members of the jury. And to me, that’s the only evidence you need to really prove that this system is not working for Black Texans,” he added.

Carolla said Talarico’s answer was dumb because any juror with half a brain could tell Anthony was guilty, no matter their ethnic background.

“You could take 100 white people, or 100 black people, or 100 Eskimos, and when they hear the evidence that a guy pulled a knife out, stabbed another guy in the heart with it and killed him, then they come back with murder,” Carolla said. “You working race into it — by the way, so what’s your suggestion? Your suggestion is if there were some Black people on that jury then he’d be walking free right now, because they’re racist? It’s all so insulting.”

Watch above.
